Through traction, floor sequences and flow, GST or Graceful Somatic Technique focuses on the integration of the whole body using somatic self-manipulation of fascia to create a strong resilient and dynamic body. Lisa studied Pilates for 12 years and is a long-time practitioner of Yoga.
