About Jess and Joseph
Joseph Gray has travelled across the country in pursuit of continued education in the refined arts of strength, balance, partnership, and trust. In his (infrequent) free time he enjoys playing piano, climbing, and standing on his hands. He currently teaches acrobatics in St. Petersburg Florida at The Movement Sanctuary.
Jess Taing has been teaching yoga since 2016, infusing her vinyasa yoga teaching with philosophy, mantra, and sound healing. She’s a Bhakti Yogi perpetually inspired by mantra, philosophy, and Kirtan. She initially found yoga through her Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice in 2016. She is deeply fascinated by the practice of Kirtan and holds weekly chants with her students in St. Petersburg, FL. Kirtan opens the doors of our hearts and leads us to a greater appreciation of our internal Selves. It is the path of the heart, guiding its devotee gently home to themselves.
