It is a Raj Yoga, encompassing the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice of excellence and ecstasy. In any class you can expect six major components: 1) tuning in with the Adi Mantra, 2) pranayama or warm up, 3) kriya, 4) relaxation, 5) meditation and 6) closing with the blessing song “ May the Long Time Sun Shine Upon You”. Kriyas are perfectly designed sets of exercises meant to produce predictable and subtle impacts on the total Self. Mantra and Meditation cleanse the mind and bring us to an experience of our own Soul and our Divinity. The practice is a safe way to stimulate the body’s natural resources to become happy, healthy and holy- to establish an aligned relationship between body, mind, and spirit.
