Yin-Yang Yoga is a two part practice bringing together a series of passive and active postures sewn together with breath to open, restore and awaken the mind and body. For the first part of practice I will guide you through a series of yin postures, integrating deep breathing with the intention of slowly working into the body to restore deep connective tissue. Upon completion of the yin series, the practice will transform and evolve into a series of active flowing postures where we will focus on strengthening and lengthening the body while waking the mind and preparing for the day. This practice is accessible for all level practitioners and I will happily provide variations and modifications to the practice as needed to accommodate all body types.
