Yoga & Writing Workshop Circle

Lara O’Brien and Sian Williams will co-host a yoga/writing combo.

10 AM - 11: 15 AM — Yoga

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM — Writing

Leading off with some intention setting, pranayama (breathing), and yogic stretching to help clear and center the mind.

 We will breath into our story and write to prompts that explore the turning points, events and memories that shape and change our lives. As a group we will write, you will read, and we will offer positive feedback to support and strengthen your writing and story.

Finishing with some supported heart opening and deep relaxation with life focus meditation and intention setting for 2019.

We will provide hot tea during writing to warm our winter writing/yoga experience.

Both Lara and Sian have been long time students of John Hough Jr’s, are published authors of fiction and poetry, and believe strongly in the power of writing to explore, heal and find clarity in story and our lives.
