$10/class. Show up to evaluate your starting point on the track to improved health. No experience necessary. Start where you are, and follow through to establish a personal wellness practice with community support. “Stretch” yourself to know and improve your resilience. Arrive a few minutes early with an empty stomach in clothes that leave you free to move.
