$20/Class. Full Body-weight conditioning workout. Followed by martial arts training, technique and practice. Open to the public.

Bill White has been actively participating in martial arts for about 40 years. 30+ of those years have involved teaching different styles and techniques through private sessions, classes, workshops and seminars. Bill teaches a variety of people; seniors, males, females, those who've had physical disabilities, physical and mental trauma, disadvantaged youths, etc.
