Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures, asanas, strung together seamlessly with one breath in a flow or transition, although many breaths are used throughout the practice. This practice is designed to bring consciousness and mindfulness to each movement with intention. Vinyasa builds strength and flexibility of the mind, body, and spirit.
