Stacey provides an atmosphere for you to explore slowing your mind and body to alleviate and eliminate stressors, anxieties and problematic sleep patterns. In this exploration she offers several yin poses that are non-impact with an emphasis on stillness and relaxation. These poses are held anywhere from 3 - 20 minutes giving you the benefits of deep passive stretching in specific targeted areas with a variety of props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. You will also be guided in breathing techniques and meditation throughout the practice to deepen your healing experience.

Take some time for deep relaxation and healing with the support of Crystals. We will share space together for release and and renewal of our inner resources. Breathe deep and allow yourself to be supported. Crystals are our high vibration allies and each stone carries its own particular energy of healing, activating those same qualities within us. We will practice long held, gentle poses combined with guided crystal meditations for healing. Restorative Yoga is accessible for anyone, and enjoyable for all. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Take some time for deep relaxation and healing with the support of Crystals. We will share space together for release and and renewal of our inner resources. Breathe deep and allow yourself to be supported. Crystals are our high vibration allies and each stone carries its own particular energy of healing, activating those same qualities within us. We will practice long held, gentle poses combined with guided crystal meditations for healing. Restorative Yoga is accessible for anyone, and enjoyable for all. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

In this exploration she offers several yin poses that are non-impact with an emphasis on stillness and relaxation. Writing Workshop with Talia, focusing on our past & future selves.


In this 2 hour workshop we will begin by doing some simple movements & breathing techniques to help facilitate in settling in to our bodies & the present moment.

You will then be given a series of writing prompts, having to do with our past & futures selves. The prompts will be a series of letters written to parts of yourself at different times in your life thus far & in the future.This time is yours & there will be an option to share your writing after each prompt, but there is no requirement to do so.
We will end our time together with a guided meditation.
Please bring something to write on, such as a journal or note pad, a writing utensil & an open mind. I'll provide the rest!

Workshop Date/Time: Saturday, April 13th @ 6-8pm.
