In this exploration she offers several yin poses that are non-impact with an emphasis on stillness and relaxation. These poses are held anywhere from 3 - 20 minutes giving you the benefits of deep passive stretching in specific targeted areas with a variety of props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. You will also be guided in breathing techniques and meditation throughout the practice to deepen your healing experience.

Hula Hoop Dance harmonizes the mind and body through inner reflection and the expression of explorative, joyous movement. This upbeat class will give you the foundations of hula hoop dance including weaves, isolations, and the circus start! The class developed with the intention to create a safe place to explore being yourself and cultivate the courage to fully embody who you want to be. Come to Hula Hoop Flow ready to learn something new, open your heart, sweat, reveal a greater connection to the present moment, and of course DANCE.

Molly Robins is a hula hoop dance teacher, a health & wellness advocate, and a promoter of positivity. She has dedicated the past five years to passionately practicing the art of hula hooping. In addition to a career in the arts, Molly performs professionally as a fire spinner and made weekly appearances acting as the “Hula Hoop Fairy” in Chilmark, MA’s beloved Cinema Circus during summer 2017.

Believing in celebrating personal growth, Molly has overcome shyness and lack-of-confidence through her hula hoop practice. The hoop first acts a judgement-free dance partner and quickly becomes an extension of the body, unlocking the possibilities of ecstatic movement.

There is magic when people gather with the shared intention of healing. There is power in the act of appreciating and connecting with the natural world. There is love in the earth. There is wellness is the water and peace in the air. When we create space for our own self care, we create space to offer care to others. When we heal ourselves, we heal the world.

Take some time for deep relaxation and healing with the support of Crystals. We will share space together for release and and renewal of our inner resources. Breathe deep and allow yourself to be supported. Crystals are our high vibration allies and each stone carries its own particular energy of healing, activating those same qualities within us. We will practice long held, gentle poses combined with guided crystal meditations for healing. Restorative Yoga is accessible for anyone, and enjoyable for all. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Bring a yoga mat and cozy blankets if you have them. If not, we will provide.

Through traction, floor sequences and flow, GST or Graceful Somatic Technique focuses on the integration of the whole body using somatic self-manipulation of fascia to create a strong resilient and dynamic body. GST challenges students to work beyond their perceived limits and discover their own internal physicality. Injury prevention and rehabilitation are embedded into the fabric of the technique. GST is for all body types, ages and levels of expertise and anyone who wants to add another dimension to their healthy lifestyle.

Lisa studied Pilates for 12 years and is a long-time practitioner of Yoga. She discovered GST five years ago in Los Angeles, and trained under the tutelage of Anna Rahe, the founder and creator of GST.
